Our students all have gmail accounts but mail itself is not activated due to privacy concerns. This is a roadblock for many gmail uses in student communication. I can still utilize gmail to create FAQ lists for parents and others within communication groups. I like the idea of a "beginning of the year" FAQ list to help parents get used to new classroom procedures as well as a Google Classroom FAQ list for if/when we need to go all digital again.
