I really like the ease with which I can set up contact groups and with our districts emphasis on contacting parents and keeping them informed I really like the ease with which I will be able to email out to all of the parents of each period and keep them informed about what we are doing in class as well as updates on due dates and upcoming projects.

Further, I can canned responses to some frequent questions. This will be very useful when bigger projects are happening and I need to address similar issues for multiple people.
