I think Gmail would be very helpful to inform a sub about the upcoming day and to get feedback on how the day went.
Or even daily classroom messages to parents.
Instead of the paper notes --- reminders through email or texts.
As an administrator -- a way to send out reminders to staff without have to do it over an intercom system.
The translator would be very helpful when working with non-English speaking parents.
