Gmail

It will be so much easier to consolidate emails now that I know how to use labels and groups. This feature will make it a lot more convenient to find important groups that you are contacting. Also having the calendar feature right in gmail it will be less time consuming so you don't have to keep opening a new tab to add to the calendar. Also the translation feature is a great tool to use since not all of the parents speak English. In our district we are getting more and more families that only the student speaks English while the parents still speak their native language. This will enable them to read and communicate without the student doing it for them.
