As a track coach, I will use the group setting and list all the parents and athletes in my program. I then can send out the statistics of each meet and also communicate with everyone involved on what events each kid is running. When they will be running. Also, what times they ran them in each meet. Putting the AD and assistant coaches, along with the yearbook and local newspaper sports info person, will really help promote the spending of information to the community.
