I am pretty familiar with Gmail, but I did learn some new things here. I really like the canned responses idea. I used to just draft an email and copy and paste it. The canned response will allow me to have a set email set and ready to go and send to the kids that I need to communicate with.
I am trying out the labels for email. I am not good with change, it is throwing me off to have these different sections. However, I am hoping that it will better help me prioritize all the emails I get in a day and to not forget about which ones I need to follow up on. I have labels for Need to reply/follow up, New, and Resources.
