I have used g-mail in my classroom to communicate ideas with my students and their parents. Since we have had distant learning it is so much easier to communicate with my students through g-mail. When I set up my google classrooms I taught my 4th graders how to access and use their g-mail accounts. We have used Google classroom, documents, and of course google meet. I learned how to use labels with g-mail through the module which was VERY helpful. I have become overwhelmed with it because when I my students complete an assignment on google classroom I receive an e-mail for each one. Also, I have found that my contacts now have it's own spot that's not on my g-mail which I found to be intriguing. I also looked for labs in my setting but it wasn't there so I'm assuming that our district doesn't offer that with our g-mail account. I'm looking forward to learning more about google hangouts. I have found that all the information I have received is very helpful and I feel more confident when working with google g-mail.
