When collecting information from multiple staff members regarding certain students, it is much easier using a shared google doc form.  Each staff member can see what is written which allows teachers to see common possible issues that arise or what works in their classroom with a specific student.  By using a shared google doc the sender will only need to send out one email, which cuts down on the time crunch many of us are in while at work.
