In a middle school Science classroom, Google Gmail could be used to share experiment results with the entire class. Classmates could then reply all to share comments or further findings from the experiment. Students could write each other to ask questions to dig deeper into an investigation they are working on.
Using Google Gmail would also make it easy to collect data from a wide range of people, especially those that aren't in the class.
