A scenario I have heard about is when a worker was fired because of their inappropriate response in an email that was accidentally sent to their boss. A group message was sent to everyone regarding changes in the program, which caused this individual to get upset since many changes had been occurring in their department. This individual decided to respond to this email only wanting to send it to their friend but accidentally replied to all in the group. When their boss read the inappropriate material sent, it resulted in them getting fired.
