Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

When I am looking at a candidate pool for either teachers or TA.  I often look at their Facebook or twitter accounts.  In my opinion this is a representation of the person and their belief system.  It is also a way for them to further or eliminate themselves during the job process.  When questioned about different posts I am amazed when they say, "I didn't realize that was on my account."  Your post are your digital footprint.
