Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

Sometimes users are truly unaware of the impact or effect of their Internet use on others. Other times, it is clear the user intends to create a negative effect on whoever receives the message. I am thinking of threads where people comments on a current event, and it becomes personal. Someone makes an insulting remark about the person based on their posting. This is unnecessary.
