Inappropriate Use of Digital Media

I had a friend who kept getting harassed with private messages on social media from an acquaintance.  It is hard to stop it, as they can continue to get new accounts on various platforms.  In real life you can get a restraining order, but you can't get one of those for social media accounts.  Not to mention it's hard to prove who it is behind the attacks.
