Internet Safety

Laura Klaes
I explored Facebook and found that as much as they try to make you aware of all the different things they have in place they are still adding things and changing them without notifying you. In particular they  was a while back when Facebook decided that they would add your location to the profile. As most people found this to be perfectly fine, understand that really it could be invasion of privacy as well as leading predators to  you location. Other things positive I found is that they will notify a person if someone has been logging into their account on a different device that you do not have set. As well as having it set where you can log out of all devices from one central one. I particularly like this one because for me I have a computer, tablet and a smart phone. Another one that I like is that you can screen who can see things on your profile to not make them as public. These are a few things I really enjoy and learned while looking into Facebook more.
