I explored the Twitter settings and saw they added a new birthday option to add to your profile, similar to Facebook's. I'm much less careful about what information I share on Twitter because I don't use it very often. I went to my settings and made sure that only people that I follow and mutually follow me back can see my birthday month/day with the option to hide the year I was born.
