I reviewed the safety features on Facebook. I was surprised to learn that even if you have your email and phone number set to be visible only to you, it is still possible for the public to use them to look you up. If you follow through on the layers of settings, there is a place to change that setting.
I did appreciate the security check-up which showed me areas where my security could be strengthened.
