Labels for Websites and Resources

Amy Garrison
I teach elementary so I won't be emailing students directly through we use other components of Google such as the drive for creating documents and presentations.  At my school we often get emailed helpful websites and resources to check out. I've created a label for those particular emails so even though I don't have time when they are sent to check them out I can go back and find them all in one spot and save them for future use as well.  I am excited though to try out Google Tasks-I've never used that before the tutorial and I think it will be very helpful to organize my emails that have deadlines instead of just keeping them unread until I get back to them.

I work in a variety of capacities, centered on career readiness. With the crushing number of websites dealing with job interviews, resumes, career research (and so forth), I can design labels and folders for such items and review them after school. I think Google Tasks is great for keeping deadlines in check as well.

I really like the idea of having a label for websites and resources I receive and may want to use in the future. This would save me time going back through emails and trying to remember which ones I wanted to review. I could then share theses with the other teachers!
