What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world? What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?
I feel that we as teachers AND parents/caregivers need to teach students a great deal about digital citizenship. The most important part of it, I think is online safety and security. There is a huge variety of online risks and I think it is important that adults educate themselves on this as well as teaching their own children and students about online security. I agree with a video shared with this group in which it was said that online users should have to have a test of sorts before they operate the internet, much like taking Driver's Education classes before getting their permit.
