Users need to understand the norm of taking safety and security seriously on digital devices. I do not expect cyber crimes to diminish so students need to know how to protect themselves as much as possible. Parents and teachers should instruct them in what is appropriate and if someone is feeling their rights are being abused what they can do about it.
