Norms and Responsibilities

As a US citizen, our norms should follow our rights within the constitution.  This may sound a little odd but it matches up to our responsibilities of following the law online as well.  If it's illegal offline, it should be illegal online.  So, we should have the right to see anything online within legal reason.  Our responsibilities then include keeping all that we do legal.  Students already use secret apps to keep things from adults.  They use them to bully others.  That is where it becomes hard to "police."  So many answers about digital citizenship create new questions.
