It seems to be common sense to me but I know that with sooo much access and abilities that we have now - we often times don't think first. Understanding that vast access to the world through the web comes with much more responsibitiy than without. Lack of availability was what hindered most of us that grew up without technology to do things that students today have at their fingertips. It definitely calls for more direct teaching of responsibility, safety, respect for others, etc...
