Norms and Responsibilities

What user rights do you feel should be part of the norms in this digital world? What user responsibilities do you feel should be expressed in this digital world?

I feel privacy and freedom of speech help lay the foundation for norms in the digital world.  With these rights come responsibilities (Ex. maintaining the privacy of others, treating others fairly, accepting others have different view points, and not harassing others).  These responsibilities need to be taken seriously.
