One user right that I think should be part of the norm includes being able to be part of the digital world without being bullied, harassed, etc. by others.

I agree with you Rose. This is a growing problem and needs to be addressed

I agree with you.  You should not be bullied or harassed in the digital world or in what used to be our world without computers, internet, face book, text messaging, etc.
