I work at an elementary school and we have always tried to teach the students the golden rule, I believe this should hold true for the digital world as well. A student must think before pushing the send button - how will this effect the other person. Once message or photo is sent - not possible to take back what is already out in the digital world. I think it's easier for kids to do mean things over the internet since they do not physically see the face/expression of the other person. It is our responsibility to help these students understand the dangers and consequences of their digital actions.
