I am a program coordinator for the Council Bluffs School District at 3 schools.
I email parents and teachers almost daily with updates about after school programs, field trips, vital information for all.
Because I have 3 schools I have a lot of contacts so what helps me is that I like to separate all my groups out by school.. also by teachers that are teaching clubs, paras that assist clubs, administrators, community partners, etc.
This helps me by labeling them so I am able to keep track of all 3 schools in a separate way.
