A colleague at our building sent inappropriate text messages and emails about a student to other colleagues.  The first time it happened, people felt uncomfortable, but ignored it hoping it would stop.  Unfortunately, the messages didn't stop, and colleagues confronted her about how uncomfortable the messages made them feel.
