I think the basic norms should be the right to privacy and security. There are so many people out there who have had their identity stolen because of something they did online. There are also various websites and apps out there that invade privacy by requiring specific information such as phone numbers, age, etc. One thing I worry about for students is them getting caught up in some online scam because they don't know what to look for.
