Rights & Responsibilities

I think students and people have the right to have an account in the digital world and the right to say whatever they want as long as it does not violate the Constitution of the United States. People have the responsibility to follow the user agreement as established by the website, app, software, etc.

I agree that a big responsibility of being a digital citizen is abiding by the user agreement established by the website, app, ect.  On the flipside of this, I wonder how many of us take the time to actually read the entire agreement before hitting the "agree" button?
