Rights and Responsibilities

Quinten Christensen
With RIGHTS comes RESPONSIBILITIES, both terms are based on that particular individual's interpretation of what that term really means to them. Everybody says we have the right of "freedom of expression",but where do we draw the line? Without the possibility of some type of repercussions, having a cyberbully accepting responsibility for a suicide is unrealistic. We must develop a way to enforce some type of guidelines.

Exactly how I feel.  I can be just a face in the crowd and hiding behind an unknown name so it is so much easier to quietly use this form to intimidate and bully an individual.
