Rights and Responsibilities

I believe users have the right to access. With the increased amount of technology that we have become reliant upon and often have on our body (carry) at any given time, I believe we have the right to access this technology as needed. However, with this as mentioned comes a responsibility to be present wherever we are. The right to access our phone in case of emergency, to look up a word definition, or for directions on trip does NOT mean we have the right to be disconnected from human interaction and the responsibility to be IN THE MOMENT. We are responsible to be present at work, at home, etc even with the access to it as is our right.
