Rights and Responsibilities

Rights: All users should have access to the digital world and be taught the proper way to interact with others while using it. People do not know what they do not know. There should be an orientation needs to be presented to all users before they are allowed to use different tools within the digital world.

Responsibilities: All users will be held accountable for what they put out into the digital world. Users need to be aware that their are consequences for everything either positive or negative. Users have a responsibility to behave in a manner that holds them to the highest standard. Being behind a screen or keyboard does not give them freedom to do or say what they wish without remorse. All users will be required to use their real name when posting in the digital world.
