Rights and Responsibilities

I think the basic rights guaranteed in our Constitution should extend to the digital world.  The right to free speech, the right to freely practice your religionand the right to protection from information being gathered without a warrant seem to me to be the most important and also the easiest to be violated.  It is also important to show respect to those who are exercising their rights in an appropriate fashion without demeaning them for doing so.  People also need to feel secure that their online privacy is protected from individuals as well as the government.  Lastly, children and those not well versed in internet use must be protected from online predators of all types.
