We all have the right to speak our minds. It is our responsibility to be kind and respectful to other's opinions and thoughts even if we don't agree with them. This is one of the great conundrums of our time on the internet. We want freedom of speech but we have to keep students from being bullied online.
I think people are more brave when they can hide behind a computer keyboard.
How do we teach kindness and respectful behavior to our students?
