Rights and Responsibilities

As an educator of young children, it is worrisome that such young children have so much access to the digital world.  I want my students to understand what their rights are as a digital citizen, but also how to act responsibly with those rights.  I want them to understand that we all have those rights, but not everyone chooses to use them responsibly and I want them to be able to act accordingly when they come across someone who is abusing those rights.
