With all the new technology that we have today, I think it is very important to inform students of their rights and responsibilities. I also feel we need to continually reinforce what they should and should not be sharing or doing online. I think parents need to take a very strict approach with students on computer - know their passwords and monitor their accounts to keep children safe. Schools also need to monitor what sites they are on and what information they are sharing with others
