Rights and Responsiblities

Many are quick to shout freedom and rights but less are willing to accept the responsibility with those rights.  We need to teach how to be respectful of what we say of others and use from others, make good choices of time and sites visited, and management of our personal information.

I see that there is a need in society as to teach how to use this tool we have in the digital world.
