Pinterest

The resource that I have chosen to talk about is Pinterest.  As this year has gone on I have used Pinterest more and more, the resources that are on this site huge.  As a special education teacher I have found data collection information, classroom activities, sensory ideas, articles to read and many differ t things.  As a lead teacher I have found PD themes, articles and activities for teachers to do.  Most of these have free links or a minimal cost to these.  The part that is the coolest is you can collect, collaborate and organize your information in this site.  I have recommended this site to all my teachers and anyone in this class.

Many of my students use Pintrest as a way of finding and brainstorming new DIY, woodworking, and construction projects.  It makes it easy for them to collect and store ideas that intrigue them.  The instant visual also helps them share final outcomes of plans etc with other students.
