Communication - Kids get excited about Kidblog, and it provides a safe place for "publishing" work.
Collaboration - Using Prezi helps meet Core standards.  Kids can work together to present ideas.
Creativity - Scratch seems like a great tool to develop skills for the future while the kids have fun.
Critical Thinking - Padlet would be a great tool for requiring kids to think and respond before seeing their peers responses.  It keeps more students involved in the thinking and learning process.
Organization - Evernote would be helpful to organize sources of information and develop bibliographies.
