In my limited time at school, I haven't had a chance to have tried any of these with my kids except for You Tube in behavior situations.  Jack likes to play around with Tynker and Kodable.  For myself, I've been messing around with one of the programs listed called Mindmeister.  This could be usable in the classroom as a good resource for note taking.
