Shared Resource - Canva

Canva

This is becoming more and more popular. Using it for presentations instead of Slides or PowerPoint. You can also easily create infographics, pamphlets, graphic organizers, social media posts, or just edit a photo. The amount of customization and embedded graphics and different tools make the possibilities very vast.

You should really check out some of the things people and students have made.

Thank you for sharing this resource.  I haven't used it yet but I did look it up and reviewed the tools.  I plan to wotk with my students in using cava,  some of them enjoy creating videos and posters, so this would catch their attention and engage them in learning.

I looked at Canva and thought it seemed really versatile and useful. I know teachers who use Canva and I have seen some of the things that can be made on it. I believe it would work really well with some of the assessments we have for our literacy program.

I love Canva. I have my students use it in all kinds of classes. It saves so much time on the designing aspect of a project so students can get right to the content. It is also something they can use after the leave school for their future jobs.
