Shared Resources

Becky Andrews
Since I didn't mention all the learning tools that was part of the requirement I am doing a redo.

In learning tools: Communication/Collaboration
I have used the following programs:  Today's Meet with book clubs and my SADD organiztion for brainstorming, collaboration and just to tell everyone about exciting parts or  questions about a book we are reading.  Already mentioned Wordle and Padlet in the previous post.  I also have students do presentations they have used slide show in Google Drive and Prezi.  Did go into Photopeach and that also looked easy to manipulate.Lucid charts I use when I give an assignment that requires a graphic organizer.  When collaborating with multiple people outside my building I habe used Google Hangout, Join.Me and Skype.

Learning Tools: Creativity
Have not used any of the tools mentioned in this section except the ones I have already mentioned.  So I tried Animaker ad Invention Stories.  I really liked Animaker and think I could use this when students are creating info commercials and cyberbullying/digital safety videos.

Learning Tools: Critical Thinking
I liked Geddit and I think that I can use this as an exit ticket assessment or a bell ringer for a review to see it students got the objective or not.  Kahoot looks fun and engaging and can see myself using this for vocab. review.

Learning Tools: Organization
I use Google Drive and a lot of apps within Google, so I visited Teachertube.  I think I will definitely use this to video some lesson for students who miss my class or for those who need a review on a lesson.
