I have very deliberately never joined Twitter before. This class is the only reason I did so now.
I clicked several areas of interest, mostly scientific and historical information.
Not knowing what/who to follow. I followed the @AEALearning and my daughter's tweets @IowaRaisedGirl
If I decide to keep the account, I may take the time to find more that interests me. The front page doesn't look all that user friendly to me. But, if I am going to find other things/people to follow, iIt looks like I have a couple of choices on how to do that. Either A) pay attention when a site lists their twitter handle, B) Spend a LOT of time going through choices trying to find something relevant C) Do a blind search with key words.
