I would recommend #EdTools as a resource for finding Web tools to use in the classroom. This is great for finding new resources to improve student learning. #appsforkids is also great for finding apps for younger students.
Personally I enjoy following local news stations. Tweets provide headlines of current events and there are often links to the full story. I can get access to current events whenever and wherever.
I also enjoy following @coolcatteacher. She is a speaker that I have attended a workshop with and I enjoy the updates and tools she shares. Often times presenters will share their twitter handle and following them is a great way to stay up to date on new resources available and trends in education from all over.
