I like to stay up to date with the school's activities by following the activities director's account. This allows for me to see scores, changes in events, pictures from events, and much more.

I think it is a good idea to follow the teachers in the district as well. You can get ideas on what is working in each of their classrooms, as well as learn new things to try yourself.
