Using Gmail is an easy way I can get information to all students quickly to let them know of what is happening in our library. I like how I can sort students into different groups, so depending on who the emails need to go to, I can easily identify who I want to send them to. I haven't used labels yet, but can see how they will be beneficial in staying organized and having the ability to find information quickly.
