With watching these videos I found that the tool filters will help me out a lot. I have a lot of purchase orders that come through so it is nice that those emails will go straight to the purchase order label. I have also found that labels are nice to have so I have the organization tool and my inbox and be empty.
I also use google chat a lot. The students are able to contact me with questions and I can respond quickly to them.
