Using Google 101 for substitutes

This is all good information, but as a substitute it is a bit harder to utilize. I would like to be able to use this as a long term sub, or with teachers that I sub a lot for during the year. I can definitely see a use for the translation filter. I have had many situations where I could not communicate with my student.
