Using Google in the Office

I work in the office at a Middle School.  I have found that we use Gmail to stay in contact with all of the 60 employees we have.  The label feature makes it easy to filter the massive emails that we receive in a days time.  It allows us to send out group emails to our parents.  We share the Google Sheets with the teachers.  It is very easy to use and nice that when you share the sheet you have the option for others to edit it.  The Google Calendar is a life saver.  It helps keep the 4 administrators, our 2 counselors and 4 clerks on the same page of what is going on and who is going where.  We do use the Google Chat sometimes if we need to get in touch with a teacher.  Google Chat is very easy and quick to use.

Hello from a fellow student.  I am also working on this 101 Gmail class.  I need to find anyone that would allow to be on my contact list for this class.

This request is for your permission to let me use your email/contact info for purposes of this class only.  I thought I would ask fellow students in this education field.  Personal contacts are not interested.  After I finish this class I will delete everything.
