TED-Ed and TED Talks in general I think are a great resource to utilize so that students can hear a topic being discussed by experts in the area, or at least people who have done a lot more research than I may have.
Alternatively, there are videos that can be used to supplement my lessons by explaining topics in a different way than I did, possibly letting the concept make more sense to students, like this Music Theory video:
