From taking a course on Google Apps, that is what i would use for all of these. I like that it is one application that is user friendly for the various domains.
From this list I have used google drive, Skype, and sock puppets. I haven't used any from critical thinking.
Often a district will use a specific program. I would stick with that. Use one, become familiar, don't reinvent the wheel for each new project.
